Return & Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our products, all food items are final sale.


This includes, but is not limited to, BBQ sauces, seasonings, dry rubs, and any other consumable food products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been shipped.


If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.



Non-Food Merchandise


Non-food items such as hats or apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.



Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved for a non-food item, a refund will be issued, and a new order may be placed separately.



Refunds


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.



European Union Orders


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return non-food, unused merchandise within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This does not apply to food or consumable products, which are exempt for health and safety reasons.
