Custom & Made-to-Order Items


Some products are made to order or require custom packaging, labeling, or sourced materials. In these cases, additional processing time may be required to allow for production and fulfillment.


Custom or made-to-order items typically ship within 5–10 business days. If an order requires extended processing time, customers will be notified via email. We appreciate your patience, as this process ensures the highest quality finished product.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
